      Rent and Fees

      PERIOD OF RENTAL

      The house is let on a standard assured shorthold tenancy agreement as a whole house let only for 10 months (1 September to 30 June).

      RENT PER MONTH

      House rent is £1,975 per month (approx £91 per person per week)

      Rent is payable monthly in advance from commencement of the tenancy agreement, usually 1st September.

      HOLDING DEPOSIT

      A holding deposit of £200 per person is required to secure the house. 

      The holding deposit is non-refundable.  Should one or more person drop out it is up to the group to find a suitable replacement, to be approved by us.  The deposit will be returned (less an administration fee of £40) once new tenant's deposit has been received.

      HOUSE DEPOSIT

      Once credit checks and guarantors agreements have been successful, a deposit of one month's rent is required upon signing the tenancy agreement (less holding deposit already paid).  The deposit is lodged with the Tenancy Deposit Service and you will receive confirmation of this.  The deposit will be repaid to you upon termination of the tenancy agreement, subject to damages check.
